KAGAN PARK PARKING LOT
The Kagan Park parking lot was resurfaced the weekend of May 31st - June 2nd with a temporary closure while the work was performed and the asphalt cured. There will be another temporary closure to permanently re-stripe the parking spots with thermoplastic. A notification will be sent out to the community once this is ready to be scheduled.
CELESTIAL WAY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The Celestial Way Drainage Improvement project will create swales on both the east and west side of Celestial Way to enhance storm water drainage off the roadway. A small section of asphalt will be removed at the intersection of Celestial & Mercury and it will be replaced with pervious pavers to further enhance the drainage of heavy rains from the roadway. The Town executed an agreement with CK Contractors & Development to perform the work. The project started on May 20, 2024, and is
expected to be complete within 60 days.
TOWN CENTER RESTROOM RENOVATION PROJECT
The Town Center Restroom Renovation project started on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, and is expected to be complete within 60 days.
