The Town of Juno Beach, incorporated in 1953, operates under a council-manager form of government. The Town Manager serves as the chief executive officer for the municipal corporation and is responsible for all Town affairs.  The Town Manager performs high level administrative, technical, and professional work in directing and supervising the administration of Town government.

Frank Davila is an experienced Urban Planner with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. Skilled in Arcgis Products, Analytical Skills, Government, FloodPlain Regulations, and Public Speaking. Strong community and social services professional with a Master's degree focused in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree focused on Urban and Regional Planning. Certified Floodplain Manager since December, 2022.

Frank Davila was hired in November 2012 as the Town's Planner and then promoted in 2019 to Director of Planning and Zoning. 

Effective Nov 1, 2024 Mr. Davila was appointed by the Town Council as Interim Town Manager.
