No, we only accept the Town of Juno Beach permit application.
Inspections must be scheduled online through MGO Connect. Please follow the instructions on the MGO Connect help guide (page 9).
Inspection times are between 8 a.m and 4 p.m, Monday through Friday (excluding legal Holidays). If you'd like to request a 2 hour time-frame for your inspection, please contact your inspector directly, TEXT ONLY (click here for the inspectors' contact information)
The cut off time for scheduling inspections is by 4pm the day before the intended inspection day.
Our inspectors have multiple inspections to complete each day, and it can be unpredictable how long each of them will take. For that reason, they can only offer a 2 hour window time frame for when an inspection will take place (between 8 a.m and 4 p.m).

Yes, you are now able to pay permit fees online only via credit card through the mgoconnect.org website. However, in person at the Town Center we only accept cash or checks.
There is no form to submit, but with your permit submittal please include a copy of your contractor's license and certificates of insurance listing the Town of Juno Beach as a certificate holder for both liability and worker's compensation.
There is a $100 renewal fee. Once the fees have been paid, staff will review the file and determine what information is needed to close out the permit.
No, permissible hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm. No construction is allowed on Sundays or legal holidays. Legal holidays include: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

- Must change out both condenser and handler
- If condenser is located on the roof, please submit Google Earth or PAPA aerial view with marked up location
- If condenser is located on the ground, please submit a survey with marked up location
- If condenser is through the wall, that must be indicated on the permit plan
- Must have A/C change-out form which shows existing system and replacement system
Yes. We need to make sure that all new mechanical equipment meets the Town's setback requirements.
Yes, easement releases are required for any fence installation or replacement.
Protect all glass/window areas; ensure erosion controls are in place and secure; fasten down or remove all hazardous objects; or any other requirements per Code Enforcement (See Code Section 6-110).
An ARB application is required when major renovations exceed 50% of the improvement value of the structure and/or any new proposed residential construction project that is not located in a Planned Unit Development (PUD). This step must occur prior to any permit application submittal. If you are unsure if the proposed residential construction is located within a PUD, please contact the Planning & Zoning Department at (561)626-1122.
