Request for Quotes - Zoning Code Rewrite

The Town of Juno Beach will be receiving written quotes from qualified firms for the Zoning Code Rewrite. This project will include, but is not limited to, the review of 7 specific topics (see attachment #1), and public outreach meetings.

Interested Firms shall submit their written quote, which shall be on the company letterhead, to Interim Town Manager, Frank Davila, CFM via email to fdavila@juno-beach.fl.us no later than Friday, November 15, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Note the Town of Juno Beach is tax exempt. The Town’s budget for the proposed work is $75,000.00.
