A $25,000 Homestead Exemption is eligible to Florida residents for property tax savings.  Applications and further information must be obtained from the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s office (561) 355-3230.

Flood Insurance

Residents of the Town of Juno Beach are eligible for a discount on their flood insurance. Effective October 1, 1996, the discount is 25% for special flood hazard areas and 10% for non-flood hazard areas.
