Request for Quotes - All Soffits on the Town Center and Police Department Buildings

The Town of Juno Beach will be receiving written quotes from qualified contractors to:

Repair ALL soffits on the Town Center and Police Department located at 340 Ocean Drive, Juno Beach, FL 33408.

Inclusions:

1. Demo existing soffit cladding & vents (removal & disposal of all debris, keep work areas safe and clean).

1. Install Phifer TuffScreen on all soffit using stainless steel T-50 staples (20 ga. 3/8”).

1. On top of screen install two 1”x 2” Miratec - continuous on each soffit edge (one along back of fascia & one along wall). Fasten with 2” stainless steel ring-shank nails.

1. Pre-paint Miratec & touch up nails in place (Benjamin Moore - Element Guard in Semigloss).

Exclusions:

1. Area over back 2nd floor awning if no access is available. (Note: the Town of Juno Beach does own a JLG450AJ Aerial Lift and can assist).

1. Repairs not included in the above soffit scope of work (rafter tails, fascia, etc.)

A voluntary pre-quote meeting will be held at the Town Center, 340 Ocean Drive, Juno Beach, FL 33408 on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at the Town Center.

Interested contractors shall submit their written quote, which shall be on the company letterhead, to Public Works Director Steven Hallock via email to shallock@juno-beach.fl.us no later than Monday, December 2, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Note the Town of Juno Beach is tax exempt.
