Special Needs Form

The Juno Beach Police Department provides the ability for residents to complete a "Special Needs" form. The information on this form is used to alert the police department to any specific medical or health-related conditions someone may need assistance with during incidents such as hurricanes, severe storms, or natural disasters.

The Police Department will make every attempt to check on individuals on this list as conditions during any significant storm or event may permit. Information submitted to the police department consisting of health or medical information is confidential and will not be subject to public release.

For further information or should anyone have any questions, please contact Police Services Coordinator Allyson Lynch at 561-626-2100 or alynch@junobeachpd.com

Trespass Program

The Juno Beach Trespass Program ensures the ability to better address quality of life issues within the community, as well as through the judicial system when resulting arrests are made.  When an owner has identified a trespassing problem at his or her business or property, the owner or legal representative may request this service.  Enrollment into the Town’s Trespass Program authorizes the Juno Beach Police Department and its officers to act as agents of owner/property management in enforcing the provisions of Florida State Statute Law 810.08 and 810.09.  For more information about this program contact Police Services at (561)626-2100.
